A few weeks ago I realized how demanding it is to open a new business; I knew we had to tackle a mass of work before we had our final product ready and in-business, and we made it. Last Monday we had our second sale which lasted the entire day, just as any sale would last on a normal day when BlendZ is up and running. However, just as we had many successes that day, we also had some failures and its definitely time to PIVOT.
