process and performance to current conditions."
Last week I read chapter 11 of The Lean Startup by Eric Ries which explains adaptive organization, which mostly talks about how he never implemented a specific training program for his company. He says, "training programs evolve organically" that when there's a problem, it is automatically adjusted within the company. It made sense. |
If we wanted a system to train our employees, maybe it shouldn't be focused only on the skills, but the way they act towards our company. Or, part of the evaluation in choosing our employees should focus on this too.
From past experiences in the IA, different projects and working with other people I believe that people work best when they have the same beliefs and aspirations. It's also a great way to create trust, something essential for us. In the business right now--the 14 stakeholders--there is trust, but soon there will be more people who will take part of it as well. Because of this, it is essential for us to maintain our culture to grow even more as the company we believed in and wanted to be from the start.
